Who owns what part of the fence?
Your survey of your property will indicate where your
property lines are, which will tell you where your fence
should be or not. Sometimes the cost of a survey
will exceed your cost of replacing your fence and if
the situation involves litigation, it is usually
less costly to do it all alone.
