  • Frequently Asked Questions
How do I obtain a key to the POOL and or TENNIS COURT?
Please call the Indian Wells voicemail at 407-931-7222 and leave your name, address and phone number. A volunteer will get in touch with you and help you with your request.

How do I reserve the PICNIC PAVILION for special events?
Follow the same instructions as in the previous question.

How do I obtain PARKING PERMITS for special events?
Please fill out a parking permit request form, print it, sign and date it and drop off Request Form into a white box located at the IWHOA Community Building, 3101 Polynesian Isle Blvd. Parking Permit REQUEST FORMS can be obtained from this site or by phoning 407-931-7222 (Voice Mail) at least 72 hours before the Parking Permit is needed.  This work is done by volunteers who process requests week days, only, excluding holidays

Who owns what part of the fence?
Your survey of your property will indicate where your property lines are, which will tell you where your fence should be or not.  Sometimes the cost of a survey will exceed your cost of replacing your fence and if the situation involves litigation, it is usually less costly to do it all alone.
